Rokker completed the purchase of the remaining shareholding in Pretty Technical, bringing the technology provider fully under the Rokker brand. The move completed a process that began in summer 2025, when Rokker first took a majority stake in the business.

In an 8 September announcement on Rokker’s insights/merger page, Rokker said Pretty Technical’s product portfolio, engineering talent and Innovation Labs team would be fully integrated into its consulting and managed-services business. The combined operation sits alongside RokkerX, which manages Tier 1 operator and supplier functions across 11 jurisdictions.

The product line includes Mikado PAM, Mikado CMS, the Hiro Casino Management System, the Prio Prize Draw platform and Domino Vault. Rokker said the combined team works across strategy, technology, engineering, operations and innovation, supporting clients from the first strategic question through live delivery and ongoing operation. It also said the aim is to spare clients the hassle of juggling disconnected suppliers.

Emma Blaylock, previously chief executive of Pretty Technical, became chief executive of the combined Rokker business. Andy Rogers remained active founder and chairman, leading commercial and corporate development strategy. Andre Marenke joined the board as group chief information officer, Trevor Milsom stayed as group chief financial officer, Tom Squirrell took charge of Innovation Labs and Rokker’s wider innovation strategy, Cristóbal Viedma became responsible for external delivery and managed services through RokkerX, and James Sarre continued as chief operating officer.

Rogers said the deal was about giving clients “clarity and control” with more capability to deliver it. Blaylock said the combination lets the company start with a client’s business challenge rather than a product it wants to sell, while still giving clients control over how much capability they use. Rokker also said it has more than 20 years of team experience across hundreds of gaming projects, including due diligence support on corporate transactions with an aggregate value exceeding US$200m.
